This is the exact spot that most folks use to park and launch. The other marker for this site on the map is pretty far off from the launch site. This is a windsurfing only spot, no kiting launch. Including the text from the other marker:

It can really blow here. Wind has to be NW. You don't want to break down. Side shore wind will take you across the the bay. Good sailing throughout the season. Some days it's the only place blowing.
