Flat water. Lots of freestylers. Pleasant launch site shared with lots of non sailor locals drinking beverages out of paper bags. Bathrooms with high volume shower.
It can really blow here. Wind has to be NW. You don't want to break down. Side shore wind will take you across the the bay. Good sailing throughout the season. Some days it's the only place blowing.
