Good spot in a Northerly /North Easterly. Generally sailable about 3 hours each side of high tide. But can get a bit shallow after that.
Old Submarine boom to borders the sailing area to the North
Lots of kitesurfers / kite schools around but they don't tend to veture that far out.
Plenty of space to rig and park.
Standard B & J conditions, no waves to speak of.
