Nearby Windguru Forecasts

Good spot to sail NW wind, which is usually called "gallego". NW is a wet wind so expect stormy weather. It usually blows at 5 Beaufort with some strong gusts up to 30 knots - a 5m2 sail will do the job. With NW the sea tends to become rather choppy but you shouldn't see big waves since the port's structure breaks up most of the swell. If you prefer flat water you can sail in the inner part of port, in front of Las Arenas, though the water is quite dirty.

There should be plenty of places to park the car next to the beach since you won't see many people sunbathing when NW is blowing.
