Great controllable webcam run by the city of Eugene. Its about 1 mile east of Fern Ridge, you can pan/scan and zoom up to 32x. Double check that wind reading before you go out, I usually use the pine tree due east for a reference on wind speed, gust frequency and general feel for conditions.
