Ferry Beach, Scarborough, ME. An alternate to Pine Point if you want to avoid crowds. You can also sail over to Pine Point from here especially at high tide. This spot also is good for West, and NW winds around times of high tide. Lots of parking. $10 fee in the summer. But after 5pm it is free.
