Directions coding based on second hand reports and topography only... never sailed there myself, but Stu (The Annapolis Wind) speaks highly of it (also known as Cheasapeake Avenue). Can be crowded in the harbor in the summer, and hence lots of boat chop. But also lots of affirmation (cheering/waving/etc) if it's breezin up... small launch in residential area with street parking (I think... someone who knows please update...)
