TIDES: Best at low tide when the sandbar emerges on the outside and the water is butter-flat. As soon as the tide creeps up towards the groynes it's time to pack up and head round to Old Hunstanton.

DIRECTIONS
Very easy to find as Hunstanton only has one beach and it runs alongside the town. Head to the green and you can't miss it!
Parking
The sailing club is near the centre of town with reserved windsurfer car parking for £4.50 (pay & display) and a slip down to the beach. If there's wind there'll be windsurfers there. The sailing club car park isn't well signed, basically it's down a roadway between the pier replacement building and public loos, where it says "hotel" on the map.
Alternatives car parks are near the Oasis swimming pool and behind Oceanside.
