Very good in any breeze with any South in it. A good steady breeze blows up the valley. Watersports centre with changing facilities and restaurant/pub on site, but there is a fee to launch. Fine for beginners, with a grassy area for rigging and sandy beach for launching, and also possible to hire a good range of equipment.
