Good for flat water blasting and freeriding. Can get a bit choppy when the wind is directly onshore during hightides as the chop is bouncing off the shore road wall. Good spot for beginners during low tide as you are rarely out of your depth. Silty dirty base so booties are a must. Popular spot with limited parking along the shore road which makes rigging a bit tight. Best suited for southerlies. Launch on the other side of the Malahide estuary during notherlies.
