It's a park at the end of Marine Bay Parkway. Grass rigging area, steps down to the water, bathrooms, path all along the shoreline for that Walk of Shame. Kite launch area a little farther west. Can have some good swell. May have to slog a little to the wind line.
More people launch from Pt. Isabel where the wind is usually better and closer to shore but not as pleasant. You share the rigging area with dog pooppers and an ocasional murder victim that washes up.
Sensor at Isabel has to be in the 20s before I head that way.
