Nome, Alaska.
Nome gets a steady day breeze as well as some serious chop off the beach in front of town. Virtually all of the coastline in this part of Alaska is black sand beach with tundra behind.
Safety Sound just south of Nome could be very good flat water riding.
I have not kited in Nome, just been there and thought about it. If anyone has any info, please post it.
