This site is great for Kiteboarding in the spring, and decent for windsurfing in storm winds.
Spring bring consistant 20mph wind, but the wind is very onshore(WNW winds), making it poor for windsurfing.
Storm sailing in the fall can produce great sideshore winds from the south.
