This is a free county property on chincoteaque bay. Small sand beach and grassy field for rigging, mostly sand bottom,shallow.The best winds are northeast and southerly, west winds have a 1/2 mile wind shadow. I rarely see any other boarders, still very quiet. Assateaque island is a 6 mile run across the bay.The Wallops island wind report is the most reliable for us here. Come on down!
