Sand Hollow was filled with water in 2003 and is 3 miles off I-15 just north of St. George, UT at the Hurricane exit. It has a boat ramp, drive up access to the beach and camping grounds. It is best on a strong southerly or northerly pre frontal or post frontal. Beautiful landscape, lake-powellish with red sand dunes on one side and large sandstone rocks on the dam side.
