Sandbanks Prov. Park has two beaches. Sandbanks Beach to the West is seven miles long with a fairly steep drop off. The more popular Outlet Beach is two miles long and wider with shallow water protected by sandbars. This makes it ideal for swimming, bodysurfing and windsurfing.

Winds

West is the Best.

But any strong winds from straight South around to North West are just awesome.

Launch

Two mile long white sand beach. The water is shallow well out with many sandbars. Gentle for learning in the summer with advanced conditions in the fall dependant on the wind strength.
