Best condition is Northeast wind. ALso good with east and southwest wind.
Wind is stronger from August until October. But it usuaaly goes until February. It's sailable all year around. Flat water to bump'n'jump conditions as the wind increases.
Just watch out for rocks at some beaches. Also fisherman nets on some beaches.
