Terrapin Park. This launch is just north of the Bay Bridge where it hits Kent Island. The launch is much more friendly than Kent Island due to the shallowness of the water next to the bridge. Even in high winds the chop is relatively small.
The area seems to be used mainly by kiters because you have to drag your gear from the parking lot (5 min walk). Some people use small carts or a landboard to pull their equipment to the shore.
