Access: There is a windsurfing beach there with a grassy place to rig and the only "windsurfer crossing" sign I have ever seen. Sweet pick on it and everything. Try to resist the temptation to steal it.

Parking: Winter - No guard or parking permit needed. You can also launch at a beach next to the entrance on the east side of the island that has good waves when the is NE or SE. Summer - Pay something like 10$ for parking town residence can get a sticker for the summer. There have been lots of rules changing over the years so check at the town of Greenwich website for the most up to date info.

Wind & Rocks: Great for most wind directions, if its east and you are at the windsurfing launch (its summer) you will have to slog out a little. Some rocks that are obvious and shallow sandbars that come out at low tide that create good breaks or learning areas.
