On a NW wind, typically spring, one of the windiest sites in the SF Bay Area. Sail size of 3.0 not uncommon during these times. On a true NW the fetch is straight down Tomales Bay making for big port ramps. When the winds have more westerly direction Tomales can be gusty. Late Summer and Fall weeds tend to appear and have to be dealt with.
