Fresh water lake, excellent when the wind blows in the right direction (NW). While there is a very active sailing club you will rarely meet windsurfers here. In a NW you will have a memorable day from here (not from sailing club).
Hazards - Cold water, shallows which you need to ask locals about (fishermen might oblige) Bonus - if you get thirsty you can dip your head in and drink, fantastic (spring town water supply).
