[1] (http://mcclarans.com/wigger/)Wiggers Group of Kansas City, KS area is who we are & have been windsurfing at the Wiggers camp site at Pamona lake for over 20 years. It is a primitive camping area with a shower house in ajacent areas of the lake. The wind is best out of the south as an onshore breeze. Breezes can run generally from 10mph and up most of the time. We generally run with 7.0 to 9.0 sails most times. But it has blown good enough to even rig a 5.0 sail earlyer in the season. Very little bugs to pester you at the area also. We usually sail from April to October every weekend there. we even have a group forum on yahoo groups called Kansaswindsurf. If the wind doesn't happen to blow we play volleyball. Kiter's are welcome in the group & we do have a few in the group. So come on down & join us. We are always looking for new members in the group.
